Yesterday’s Cup of Zup email didn’t go out until after 4pm EST. Our email provider (who we still LOVE despite the hiccup) had some company-wide sending issues and all we could do on our end besides wait and shake our fists at the sky was mess with their customer service.

Here is one of the many conversations we had with them about the issue. (Forgive the spelling errors, I was in a state of panic.)

Do I think this security question is inventive, slightly disgusting yet super secure? You betcha!!
