What is Cup of Zup℠?

Cup of Zup is an email newsletter sent to thousands of Zupscribers each weekday. Ninety-nine percent of Zupscribers agree that the Zup is the only email they look forward to receiving each day. The other one percent is our moms and they can’t figure out how to unsubscribe.

The Cup of Zup email is full of funny and interesting content that has been personally curated by Zup monkeys. It will make you smile, maybe even pee a little, and occasionally, it will compel you to make the Obama “Not Bad” face.

We’ve received so much positive feedback about the email newsletter that we created a website so Zupscribers can get their fix any time they need it.

How do you pronounce “zup?”

It’s “up” with a “z.” Not “Zooop” or “Zoup” like that yummy soup company. We could make you some soup but we are seriously awful cooks.

How did Cup of Zup get its start?

Cup of Zup started as a daily calendar reminder sent to our team at the office, called “The Morning Zupdate.” It was a simple form with birthdays and notable anniversaries of team members within our company. The emails were pretty boring and it was obvious that people weren’t reading them each day, so “Chimp” added fun facts, photos and a snazzy header so everyone would actually enjoy reading the email each day.

As the email evolved, so did the name and logo…
